1. Educational purpose & no guarantee
PTverse is a study and self-assessment tool intended solely for exam preparation and general educational purposes. It is not a substitute for an accredited physical therapy curriculum, clinical training, or professional judgment. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that using PTverse will result in a passing score on the NPTE or any other examination, or that any specific outcome will be achieved. Readiness scores, percentages, and analytics are estimates for study guidance only and are not predictions of actual exam performance.
2. No affiliation with the FSBPT
PTverse is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT), any state licensing board, the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), or any other official examination or accreditation body. Any references to the NPTE or to content areas are for descriptive and educational identification only.
3. Trademarks
“NPTE” and “National Physical Therapy Examination” are registered trademarks of the FSBPT. All other product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply endorsement. Nominative use of third-party trademarks on this site is limited to what is reasonably necessary to describe the purpose of our study material.
4. Original content & intellectual property
All practice questions, rationales, and explanations on PTverse are original works authored for study purposes. They are not reproductions, copies, or memorized (“braindump”) versions of live or retired NPTE questions, and they are not derived from any secure or copyrighted exam content. We do not solicit, collect, host, or distribute actual exam questions. Recalling and sharing real exam items violates FSBPT policy and the law; PTverse prohibits it.
5. Question accuracy & reporting
We strive to align our questions with widely accepted physical therapy references and current best practice, and to map them to recognized NPTE content areas. However, clinical knowledge evolves and errors can occur. Content is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Every question includes a “Report a problem” control; items that receive sufficient credible reports are automatically removed from circulation pending review and correction or replacement. If you believe a question is incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate, please report it.
6. Not medical or professional advice
Nothing on PTverse constitutes medical, clinical, diagnostic, or professional advice, and it must never be used to guide the treatment of any patient. Always rely on licensed supervision, accredited coursework, and primary clinical references when making patient-care decisions.
7. Terms of use
By creating an account or using PTverse, you agree that you will:

- Not reproduce, resell, scrape, or redistribute our content without written permission.
- Not upload, share, or request actual NPTE questions or any other secure exam content.

8. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to run the service: your name and email for your account, your study activity (attempts, bookmarks, and reports) to power progress tracking, and billing identifiers held by our payment processor.
